I was talking with my good friend Olin Stephens and Olin says that he is glad this case is finally solved. Olin adds that given the design features of HoHos and taking into consideration the factors of heeling moment, sail plan, mast resistance, beam and depth and LOA that clearly Kathy Kovler couldn't have done it!
It was Caroline who put the Ho Hos in the refrigerator!!
